Acceptance

By requesting a consult, confirming a quote, or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services

We provide professional services including taxonomy workshops, instrumentation reviews, and retained event mapping support for connected mobile apps. Deliverables are described in the written estimate. We do not operate a hosted analytics product, process payments for third parties, or guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to the information reasonably required for the engagement, including sanitised payloads, handler documentation, and product contacts. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work completed.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the catalogue documents, decision logs, and annotated maps created specifically for your organisation. Our general methods, templates, and prior-art examples remain our intellectual property. You may not resell our templates as a competing service.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
